After a day of work, finally getting back to the work I started this morning on my website.

Per usual, my ideas for something (in this case, my website) don't fit into any of the predefined molds so I can't use much existing software. This means I need to roll my own. While this is fun and gratifying, it sure takes a lot of time.

Up early this morning to hack on my website before the rest get out of bed.

I'm finding it hard to find people to follow on here. I'm guessing that is because I've gotten out of the habit of visiting people's personal websites, which is quite sad.

Well, here I am. My first post on my own Mastodon instance. I've not been much on Twitter for a few years now so I feel out of practice with this whole micro-blogging thing. Excited to get back into it.
